The drawings are
supplied with full sized former patterns. I lay the
patterns on the ply, tape the corners so they won't
move, and drive veneer pins through the middle of the
lines on the paper. The paper is then pulled off over
the pinheads. A
flexible ruler is great for outlining the formers
with a ball point pen. The width of the ball on the
pen will reproduce the line right in the middle of
the pins.
